NC High-End Builders was founded by Luis Villegas, a licensed general contractor with roots in the

trade going back to 1996. Luis began his career in South Florida, where he learned the art of

high-end residential construction — working on luxury homes that demanded precision, premium

materials, and an uncompromising eye for detail.

After years of honing his craft in one of the most competitive building markets in the country, Luis

brought that same standard of excellence to North Carolina. Today, NC High-End Builders serves the

Triangle area and communities within a 50-mile radius, specializing in custom new construction,

home extensions with high-end finishes, outdoor living spaces, and full design-build services.
